We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and develop interactive video content for the CCS Generative AI Foundations certification program. This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a passion for instructional design, storytelling, and learner engagement .

You will play a key role in shaping how learners understand Generative AI by creating scenario-based videos that simplify complex concepts, align with certification objectives , and prepare learners for success in AI-driven workplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Translate certification objectives into engaging and learner-friendly video scripts.
  • Design scenario-based interactive videos that align with Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge (DOK) levels.
  • Provide real-world examples and case studies of Generative AI applications across industries.
  • Ensure accuracy, ethics, and relevance of all content.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, media specialists, and project managers to deliver high-quality content.
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously refine content for improved learner engagement.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts .
  • Experience in instructional video design, eLearning, or curriculum development .
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear, and engaging ways .
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for educational content.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or Educational Technology .

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Bloom's Taxonomy , instructional design principles, and competency-based assessments.
  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in AI or emerging technologies.
  • Certification in CCS Generative AI Foundations or another AI/ML credential.
