Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter with proven experience in W2 hiring and BFSI domain recruitment, capable of handling both IT and Business professional roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technology, functional, and business-focused positions for our BFSI clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for BFSI-specific IT and Business roles in the US market.
Source qualified candidates for W2-based IT and Business professional positions using job boards, social platforms, and networking.
Work on technical roles like Java Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and BFSI-specific roles like Core Banking Developers, Risk & Compliance Specialists, and Financial Systems Analysts.
Recruit business professionals such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Program Managers, and Domain Experts within BFSI
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to deliver qualified profiles within agreed timelines.
Work extensively with US Citizens, Green Card holders, and authorized candidates for W2 employment.
Negotiate hourly/salary rates and employment terms with candidates on W2.
Ensure compliance with US labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies for W2 hiring.
Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS systems and prepare regular hiring reports.
