Overview

This role will be responsible for providing data and analytics support, across different HR verticals: Talent Aqcuistition, HR Operations, Talent Management , Total Rewards, internal MIS and the broader HR function including the market HR teams. Theis role looks after all aspects of our HR reporting and analysis, including data acquisition and validation, as well as interpretation of the results., You'll This role will delivering the our core set of reports on a bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly, annual basis or adhoc as agreedinline with defined KPIs and SLAs.Responsibilities

Collect wide array of data related to all HR verticals (TR/TM/TA/Learning/HR Ops) either through HR teams or from available systems.Analyze and interpret information and generate meaningful insights to enable HR teams to take sound decisionsProvide accurate and timely generation of reports using raw data from multiple sources. Synthesize the information and identify meaningful trends for relevant HR customersCollaborate with HR Teams to gather requirements and specifications to gain a better sense of the current shortcomings in reporting and recommend solutions to enhance reporting and data management.Understand the customer group and their requirements and deliver services at the defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvementConduct routine audits to ensure a high level of data security, accuracy, and efficiency to support in enhancing data management solutions.Ensure consistent service delivery of agreed process and complete transaction tracking to capture SLAsEnsure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirementsPartner with team to execute plans to improve customer satisfaction with a focus on processesRepresent technical, functional and customer perspective when taking decisions: Database requirements, integration of systems, internal clients and the broader shared services organizationManage escalation and take ownership for ultimate issue resolutionEnsure smooth on-boarding, training, process and support documentation and aids for colleagues as neededEnsure knowledge management platform is updatedServe as first point of contact and subject matter expert for recruitment reporting & analytics tools; assist with troubleshooting reporting issues and taking care of questions.Seek continuous improvements to improve the capabilities & efficiencyQualifications

Experience in SAP SuccessfactorsShould have Power BI basic/intermediate knowledge to be able to design and develop dashboards and scorecardsAbility to communicate information verbally and through written and graphical means using modern presentation tools Performance tuning experienceUnderstanding of learning delivery and assessment methods and the unique metrics for sameUnderstanding of Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), experience in Degreed preferredUnderstanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), experience in SuccessFactors Learning preferredExceptional written and verbal communication skills along with collaboration and listening skillsAbility to ideate requirements & design iteratively with business partners without formal requirements documentationExperience handling and safeguarding sensitive employee data to ensure data privacy and protectionAdvanced knowledge on ExcelStrong excel and data visualization skillsShould have the ability to create macrosGood project management skillsAbility to work with virtual teams across the globe (remote work locations)Actively participate in technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutionsStrong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirement
