We are currently inviting applicationsfor the position of HR Operations Analyst offering an excellentopportunity for individuals with 23 years of experience tocontribute to our HR department and gain handson experience inrecruitment and talent acquisitionprocesses.
RolesandResponsibilities:
Conductinduction and orientation sessions for new hires facilitatingonboarding processes on the Human Resource Management System(HRMS).
Maintainand update employee records in the companys HR Information System(HRIS) ensuring accuracy andconfidentiality.
StreamlineHR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectivenessincluding onboarding offboarding and employee datamanagement.
Assistin the administration of employee benefits programs includinghealth insurance leave management and other employeeperks.
Providemonthly updates to the finance team regarding attendance rewardsand otherallowances.
Generateregular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators tosupport datadrivendecisionmaking.
Providesupport in handling employee relations issues grievances anddisciplinary actions asneeded.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including HR Finance and IT to supportintegrated HR solutions andinitiatives.
Identifyonboard and coordinate vendors asneeded.
Maintainand prepare asset records andreports.
Planorganize and execute company events to foster employeeengagement.
Assistin setting up Zoho Learn (KMS) drafting SOPs and policies resolvingissue tickets raised by professionals coordinating with differentPMO teams maintaining and updating timesheets for billing clienthours and auditing and supervising the update of company formatresumes.
Ensurecompliance with local labor laws and regulations in all HRoperations andprocesses.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a relatedfield.
23years of experience in HR operations or related HRfunctions.
Strongknowledge of HRIS systems andprocesses.
Excellentorganizational and timemanagement skills with a keen eye fordetail.
Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withprofessionalism anddiscretion.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with internalstakeholders.

Bachelor's/Master s degree in Human Resource Management or arelated field. 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or relatedHR functions.
