We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Panel Cleaning Team Manager to oversee our growing cleaning division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to the cleaning and maintenance of solar panels, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. This role involves training new staff, coordinating daily operations, and driving business growth within the cleaning segment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of solar panel cleaning technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the cleaning division’s client base.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for cleaning operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the solar energy or related industry.
