Qualifications

  • Experience in solar panel installation and electrical work
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Dexterity and physical fitness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow safety guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Certifications or training in solar installation is a plus
