We at Seller Delight & Growth (SDG) team are looking for a seasoned and inspirational program/ project manager to lead process excellence and account manager excellence work streams as a central function.
The mission of Central function in SDG team is to design & improve programs/initiatives. The role will own solving AM team's issues, scaling processes and initiating future looking projects. The person will own developing strategy, interface with business leaders across the world, work closely with product teams to drive product development that improve Sales team efficiency, standardize, optimize and automate business processes for scale.
The successful candidate will have to thrive in an ambiguous environment, be able to think big to build/contribute to multi-year business strategies, be able to influence and work with multiple internal teams, and develop processes and mechanisms that are scalable.
Further, the ideal candidate demonstrates high level of ownership, understands the key levers to drive business growth and partners effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of SQL, Quicksight development is good to have skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Establish partnerships with internal sales team leaders across the world, conducting deep dives on AM team's working and identify areas of friction and automation opportunity.
- Iterate and innovate mechanisms; standardize and optimize for scale and deploy the mechanisms across marketplaces.
- Define strategy and requirements for Sales teams development/training, and get business leader alignment
- Drive adoption of internal training tools across Sales teams and facilitate content creation by working with local SMEs; influence product roadmap by providing relevant feedback on ongoing basis
- Driving strategic cross-team projects that influence Sales team productivity, output etc.
- Partner with L&D teams/external agencies to rollout sales trainings & certification to improve AM skill-set (negotiations/objection handling/ Persuasion skills).
- Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of partner teams in an ever-changing business environment. Contributes to and leads strategic plans and documents for the organization.
- Uses data to provide insights to business leaders, and is able to effectively represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs etc.)
- Takes data driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives, focus areas etc.
- Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs and report out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management
The job requires you to hit the ground running and your ability to learn quickly and work on disparate and overlapping tasks will define your success

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 5+ years of work experience in fast paced e-commerce/IT/ consulting domain
- Experience of program management/ project management
- Experience of working with cross teams globally
- Experience of working on process improvement projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA
- Experience in client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills
