Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize engaging content across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills, with the ability to align content with brand voice, business goals, and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, product descriptions, press releases, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create compelling content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring high visibility and ranking across search engines.
  • Manage the company's content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience insights to create relevant and impactful content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Repurpose existing content into different formats (blogs, infographics, videos, whitepapers, etc.) to maximize reach.
  • Stay updated with the latest content marketing best practices and digital trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
