Growth Performance Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing &
branding campaigns across various channels, optimizing them for maximum
ROI, and generating high-quality leads that convert into in-store walk-ins and
sales.
You will also work on managing growth projects and look at their end to end
execution by working closely with cross-functional and multi functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and alternative platforms.- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics like CTR, CPL, CPM, and ROAS to identify the most effective communication channels across different regions.- Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) and costper-mille (CPM) while maintaining campaign goals.- Provide actionable feedback to the marketing team on content and creatives based on measurable data.- Scale successful campaigns and eliminate underperforming ones based on data analysis.- Oversee Click-to-Whatsapp campaigns and integrate chatbot leads with the CRM.- Collaborate with the analytics team to create automated dashboards for lead and campaign performance tracking.- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Tech, Analytics, Retail, Retention) for seamless growth offer’s execution.- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative marketing strategies to increase leads, walk-ins, and customer engagement.
You will be successful if you have
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success.- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Looker, Excel, Google Sheets etc.).- Experience in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and other digital channels.- Excellent understanding of marketing attribution models and customer journey optimization.- Experience in Click-to-Whatsapp campaigns and chatbot lead integration.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- A data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation.- Preference would be given to candidates from Omnichannel D2C Brands (D2C Brands with an offline presence)
