Position Title: Function Leader HRExperience: Minimum 12+ years of experience, with prior experience managing a team of 20+ members, including managers.Location: GurgaonWork Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week from the officeReporting To: Chief People OfficerResponsibilities:Lead and manage a large team of HR professionals, including managers, to achieve departmental objectives and organizational goals.Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline development.Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business needs.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a positive work culture.Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with a track record of successfully managing large teams.Proven experience in talent acquisition and learning development projects.Strong leadership, people management skills and managing CXO’s relationshipDemonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in HRIS systems.Good business acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
