Job PurposeTo drive student enrollments by achieving monthly admissions targets through lead generation, proactive parent counseling, and end-to-end coordination of the admissions process. The role is responsible for data management, first-level counselling, documentation, and coordination with various departments, maintaining all records in compliance with school and CBSE norms.Key RoleFacilitate the complete admissions lifecycle—from lead generation and parent counselling to test scheduling and enrolment closure. Ensure accurate and timely data management, documentation, and communication across platforms and departments. Build strong parent relationships by addressing queries, conducting school tours, and supporting a seamless onboarding experienceResponsibilities 1. Parent Counselling & Lead Management Serve as thefirst point of contactfor all admission-related inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital leads). Conductinitial counselling sessionswith parents—explaining the school’s curriculum, teaching methodology, facilities, fee structure, and admission process. Utilize effective strategies to convert leads into enrolled students. Follow up with parents for pending documents, registration completion, and next steps. Update lead status on CRM/ERP platforms such asZoho, Salesforce, or equivalent , ensuring all data is current. Coordinate with theManager - Admissionsfor final counselling or confirmation meetings. Maintain confidentiality, authenticity, and professionalism in all interactions with parents.2. Admission Process, Documentation & Record Keeping Manage theentire admission lifecycle— from registration to offer letter release, data entry, and student onboarding. Ensureaccurate and timely maintenanceof theAdmission & Withdrawal Register (AWR)as per CBSE norms. All updates for new admissions, withdrawals, or strike-offs to be madewithin seven days . Prepare, compile, and maintain eachStudent Dossier(both physical and digital), ensuring completeness of all forms, documents, and verification proofs. Enter and update allstudent details in ERPaccurately, including fee details, class allocation, and UDISE information. Coordinate with theAccounts/Finance Departmentfor fee receipt confirmation and data reconciliation in ERP. Plan, schedule, and conductentrance assessments and interaction meetings , ensuring question papers and logistics are prepared in advance. Maintain allmanual and digital registers : Admission, Withdrawal, Teacher Reference, Telephonic Enquiry, and Playschool Reference. Generate and sharedaily/weekly/monthly reportson enquiries, registrations, conversions, and pending cases with the Manager Admissions. Support admission-related events such ashelpdesks, open houses, and outreach activitiesunder guidance from the Manager Admissions.
