Project Manager Data Center

Personal Responsibility / Performance measures:
- To ensure that the Functions follow the highest standards of compliance with all companys Policies and Procedures
- To understand technical design, specifications and requirement of DC Projects
- Tendering, BOQs preparation.
- To ensure correctness of Budgetary estimate
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues - To ensure proper Vendor selection and Vendor Management, thereafter
- To ensure compliance of appropriate terms and conditions of tender documents
• To ensure no cost / Budget overrun - To ensure availability of funds as per monthly cash flow,
- To ensure compliance with regard to bill certification, tender terms and payment
- To ensure timely preparation of documents for timely release of Vendors payment
- To settle post contractual issues
• Vendor development - Co-ordination with Consultants
Functions / Day to Day Activities: -
Calendar of independent project with regard Budget, Cash flow, funding, W.O.s, payments, taxation, co-ordination with consultants
To maintain Vendors Data
Essential Skills:
Ability to implement Finance MIS
Ability to travel across Project locations
To understand site conditions, cost point of view
To have experience in handing mechanical , electrical and plumbing services
To have experience in projects of
DC project for minimum one project of 1000 racks and above
