Our mission is tobridge the gap between ambition and achievement by aligning skilled professionals with roles where theycan truly thrive.We are currently seeking a Service Engineer (EEE/ECE/Instrumentation) to join our client's team - Careworx Healthcare Pvt Ltd., in Chennai.Careworx - Digital Healthcare Platform, helps in digitalization of hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic labs and Pharmacies for improving operational efficiency and to deliver superior experience to patients.Job Description:• Oversees the installations and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations of our varied products at customer sites.• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.• Monitors the Performance, maintenance and repairs.• Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance andconfigurations which may impact product performance.• Proactively responds to potential equipment issues.• Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operatingsystems and applications software.• Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions• Travel during normal working hours to accounts based on a weekly schedule.• Co‐ordinate closely with sales and application team for necessary operational requirementsQualification requirements:• A BE or B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication or Instrumentation or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 2-5 years of experience.• Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.• Enjoy travelling and visiting customers.Key skills required:- Computer knowledge- Networking knowledge- Documentation- Good knowledge in installing and uninstalling programsPlease send your resumes to
