Senior Accounts Executive

Location: SONA College of Technology - Hostel, Salem
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently
  • Assist in tax computations and filing of returns
  • Maintain and update ledger accounts and financial statements
  • Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations
  • Use accounting software (Tally/ERP) to manage financial data accurately
  • Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis as required
  • Collaborate with other departments for smooth financial operations

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role, preferably 10 years
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and ERP systems
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
