Role Weare seeking a highly experienced and strategicminded Senior SupplyChain Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in supply chain management with specificexposure to manufacturing processes related to electrical andelectronics components lamination sourcing plastic parts aluminumparts extrusion parts and similar materials. This individual willbe responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations ensuringthe timely delivery of highquality components and drivingcontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency andcosteffectiveness
Responsibilities :
  • Developand implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimizesourcing procurement and logistics operations in alignment withbusiness objectives and productionrequirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships andperformance including negotiating contracts pricing agreements andterms of engagement to achieve cost savings quality standards anddelivery targets.
  • Lead crossfunctionalcollaboration with engineering manufacturing quality assurance andfinance teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chainprocesses into product development and productionworkflows.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliersconducting supplier audits risk assessments and performanceevaluations to build a robust and diversified supplybase.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiativesin supply chain processes leveraging data analytics KPIs andindustry best practices to streamline workflows reduce lead timesand optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop andimplement inventory management strategies including demandforecasting safety stock planning and inventory optimizationtechniques to minimize stockouts and excessinventory.
  • Monitor market trends industrydevelopments and regulatory requirements affecting the supply chainproactively identifying risks and opportunities for strategicsourcing and supplier management.
  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to identify cost reduction opportunitiesvalue engineering initiatives and product redesigns to optimizematerial usage and reduce overall manufacturingcosts.
  • Lead supplier development programsproviding guidance support and training to improve suppliercapabilities quality standards and deliveryperformance.
  • Ensure compliance with legalethical and environmental standards in supply chain operationsincluding adherence to corporate governance policies sustainabilityinitiatives and regulatoryrequirements.

Candidate
  • 68Years in Supply Chain Management
  • Provenexperience in supply chain management procurement and sourcingroles with a focus on manufacturing processes related toelectrical electronics lamination plastic partsaluminum parts and extrusionparts.
  • Strong negotiation skillsand contract management experience with the ability to drivefavorable terms pricing agreements and supplier performancemetrics.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills with proficiency in data analysis financialmodeling and supply chain optimizationtechniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilitywith experience leading crossfunctional teams and driving changemanagement initiatives in complex organizationalenvironments.
  • Knowledge of supply chainmanagement software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems) andproficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other productivitytools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build relationships influencestakeholders and effectively communicate with internal and externalpartners.
  • Detailoriented with a focus onquality and continuous improvement in supply chain processes andperformance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedand dynamic work environment with a proactive and resultsdrivenapproach to achieving businessobjectives.
  • Certification in supply chainmanagement (e.g. APICS CSCP CIPS) is aplus.
