HR Operations Internship in Hyderabad

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Operations) to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. This internship provides hands-on exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Support onboarding and off boarding formalities (documentation, induction coordination, exit formalities).
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, experience)
  • Manage attendance, leave requests, and employee data.
  • Assist with payroll inputs – attendance, leave management, reimbursements.
  • Generate HR dashboards, report.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, or equivalent degree (pursuing or recently graduated).
  • Familiarity with any HRMS tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset.
