Job Description – Executive Assistant
Position: Executive Assistant to Director
Experience Required: 1–3 years experience required only
Location: Jagatpur, ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, conferences, and client interactions.
- Attend client and business meetings with the Director, prepare detailed meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and manage professional communication, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth execution of Director's commitments.
- Handle appointments, and calendar management.
- Support in business growth initiatives by assisting with proposals, presentations, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
- Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable ,Confident, bold, and proactive in handling meetings, decision-making support, and client interactions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Professional appearance, with a positive and dynamic attitude.
