Responsibility: 1.

To manage all proposals. 2.

To manage proposals referred by other locations to banks having their branches and / or HOs in Mumbai. 3.

To arrange and manage all credit requirements of the Corporates (Large and Mid Corporates) 4.

Risk Management - Assessment and Appraisal of proposals, before submitting the proposal to the bank. 5.

Ensure the set TAT (Turn around Time) is met in all processes.

Primary Functions/Responsibilities: -

Appraising proposals & credit requirements of clients & Presentation to the management for sanctions/approvals -

Responsible for the pre & post sanctioning documentation. -

To prepare the CMA report & various financial reports for the Bank. -

Ensure compliance with organizational / Bank credit policies. -

Responsible for recovery/follow-up from customers for dues. -

Ensuring TAT with respect to obtaining sanctions, clearance from compliance groups. -

Liaison with bankers for optimizing the overall cost of fund, periodic declaration etc. -

To build a strong relationship with loyal/regular customers and banks for achievement of long-term business objectives. -

Assessing creditworthiness of clients and identifying the account sickness in incipient stage to reduce delinquency ratio. -

Develop database of corporate clients, research about clients. -

Market feedback to the branch/reporting heads. -

To adhere to MIS, filling reports, periodically maintaining records of various proposals.

Job /Activity details

1)

Prepare Bank Matrix- Shortlist Prospective Bankers and Submit proposal to respective bankers. 2)

Obtain application from borrower and address to short listed bankers along with all required documents. 3)

Submit proposal to respective bankers & follow up with Bank. 4)

Arrange Bankers meeting with Borrower & Obtain Sanction of the proposal. 5)

Arrange for Disbursement 6)

Tracking pending proposal on banks for daily basis 7)

Keeping in touch with Bankers we deal with to obtain leads or any market information. 8)

Keeping track of happenings in the company we deal with and its growth plans. 9)

Any material development in any proposal should be reported to the Directors as early as possible. 10)
