Lead a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and feedback. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution. Optimize product placement to maximize sales and create a seamless shopping experience. Ensure stock levels align with display requirements. Manage budgets for materials, props, and display setups. Ensure a safe work environment and provide outstanding customer service as a visual merchandising specialist Source cost-effective yet high-quality materials for displays. Measure the success of visual merchandise initiatives through sales data, customer feedback, and foot traffic analysis. Adjust strategies based on performance results. Required Skills: Creativity and an eye for detail. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Understanding of customer psychology and retail trends.
