Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage document verification process for new hires, including collecting necessary documents and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Conduct background screenings and employee verifications to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including induction programs and joining formalities.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR operations tasks such as file processing and MIS updates.
  • Provide support in resolving any issues related to document checking, scanning, or collection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in BGV (Background Verification) or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of document verification procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
