Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the manager/executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Perform personal tasks such as booking appointments, events, or reservations if required.
- Assist in project coordination and research.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Work Environment:
- Office-based, with flexibility for remote coordination when required.
- May involve irregular hours based on executive needs.
