Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the manager/executive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Perform personal tasks such as booking appointments, events, or reservations if required.
  • Assist in project coordination and research.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or related field).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based, with flexibility for remote coordination when required.
  • May involve irregular hours based on executive needs.
