We are hiring Diploma Freshers for the role of Maintenance Technician. The candidate will be trained and developed to handle machine maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC, Electrical & Mechanical Systems, Sensors, and Servo Systems.
  • Support in Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of machines.
  • Assist in machine troubleshooting under guidance of senior engineers.
  • Learn and follow standard safety, 5S, and Kaizen practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Fresher year).
  • Good communication and learning mindset.
  • Willingness to work in manufacturing/automation industry.
