We are seeking **Maintenance Trainees** to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for fresh ITI/ Diploma holders who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the maintenance field. The position offers on-the-job training, and freshers or immediate joiners are preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machines and equipment.
- Perform regular inspections and checks to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
- Support preventive maintenance tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts used.
- Work closely with senior maintenance staff to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: ITI, Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or Electronics & Communication (ECE) is required.
- Freshers with ITI or Diploma qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
