Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Fit-out Lead

to oversee and manage the execution of interior and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
    end-to-end fit-out projects

(commercial and corporate spaces).
- Review BOQs, technical drawings, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to align requirements and deliverables.
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor site progress to ensure TAT.
- Manage vendor negotiations, procurement, and quality assurance processes.
- Implement and maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards across projects.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
  • Minimum
    4+ years of professional experience

in fit-out project management.
- Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale fit-out/interior projects.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of
    fit-out works, interior finishes, and project execution

- Expertise in
partner management

with strong negotiation skills.
- Competence in
budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling

- Excellent
leadership, communication, and client-handling skills

.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines.
