Role & responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Tekla Structures with a strong knowledge of AISC standards is required.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with contract documents and follow standard steel detailing practices.
  • Hands on experience in 3D Modelling, Checking, Erection Drawing Editing, Shop drawings Editing and managing delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with BIM coordination teams to ensure smooth integration of Tekla models with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other platforms.
  • Familiar with AISC, CISC, and OSHA standards.
  • Resolve inconsistencies, raise RFIs to clarify unclear or conflicting details.
  • Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to answer client questions.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Perform self-checks and peer reviews before submission.
  • Participate in internal reviews and offer support to juniors when required.
