Job Overview

We are seeking a Tekla Steel Detailer for a Senior level position at our Coimbatore office. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in utilizing Tekla Structures, with a focus on precise steel detailing.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in using Tekla Structures / SDS2 for detailed modeling and drafting of steel structures (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated expertise in steel detailing to ensure accurate and comprehensive design outputs (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong grasp of structural engineering principles for effective problem solving in detailing projects.
  • Proficiency in creating and interpreting construction drawings to facilitate accurate building processes.
  • Understanding of steel fabrication processes to align detailing with practical construction demands.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed drawings for steel structures using Tekla Structures.
  • Ensure all detailing work meets project specifications and adheres to applicable international standards.
  • Prepare precise construction drawings and plans that align with client expectations and project requirements.
  • Review and verify design documents for accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.
