About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
R&D Executive
to join our skincare and personal care team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
new product development (NPD)

formulations

regulatory compliance
within the
FMCG, D2C, or beauty industry
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end
  product development
  – from concept to launch
• Conduct
  market research
  and track industry trends
• Work with vendors for
  raw materials and packaging
• Manage
  formulations, lab trials, and stability testing
• Ensure
  regulatory and quality compliance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth product rollouts
• Track
  project timelines
  and support in
  costing & pricing
• Collect and analyze
  post-launch feedback
  for improvements
