Responsibilities: 1. Lead the automation testing efforts and establish best practices for test automation. 2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks. 3. Collaborate with the development team to ensure testability of software applications and define test requirements. 4. Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy and test plans for automation testing. 5. Identify and prioritize test cases for automation based on risk analysis and business impact. 6. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the automation testing team members. 7. Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. 8. Develop and maintain test data and test environments required for automation testing. 9. Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools, techniques, and trends. 10. Mentor and train team members on automation testing concepts, tools, and best practices. 11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases. Requirements: ∆ A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ∆ Proven experience (3 to 5 years) working in manual and automation testing and leading QA efforts. ∆ Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar tools. ∆ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for test automation scripting. ∆ Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools and practices. ∆ In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management. ∆ Solid knowledge of Agile development methodologies and the role of QA in an Agile environment. ∆ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ∆ Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. ∆ Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. ∆ Certification in automation testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester  – Foundation Level, Selenium WebDriver Certification) is a plus.
