Building & Construction Project Management Australia Contract or Temp Initial contract with the potential to go perm Immediate start Collobrative team Currently partnered with a Tier 2 head contractor that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (contract) to join our team on a major residential project in Glebe. This contract role will focus on the final stages of the development , including completion and handover. Key Responsibilities: Lead the team through the completion and handover phase Liaise with stakeholders, including NSW Land & Housing, contractors, and consultants Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the final stage Provide clear reporting to senior management throughout the final phases Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, to budget, and to quality standards What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in residential or mixed-use developments. Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, particularly in the final phases of development. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
