We are looking for full time Bilingual Spanish/English Cloud Install Support Specialist, who will assist customers through a complex process and drive the outcomes necessary for the ultimate success.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the customer to gather technical requirements Capture requirements and build system Ability to test the system build As required, provide phone registration support for customer Provision of customer training sessions, i.e. Pre-Go Live Admin training session and Post Go Live Admin training session Following Go Live, provide customer technical support for a one-week period to confirm with customer there are no further outstanding issues prior to transitioning to ongoing support services team, i.e. Day 2 supportRequirements
A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English Strong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environment Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving skills Very detail-oriented with time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong work ethic and time management skills Technical aptitudeQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year related experience with a Technical diploma Knowledge of VoIP technology and terminology telecommunications cloud based system programming. Initial configuration of user system, e.g. user programming, and SIP trunk provisioning Possess a technical knowledge of Linux/Unix, Networking and VM Ware Prior Avaya, exposure in serving Global Customers Session Border Controller (SBC) Advanced Troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Wireshark System and Session manager and CM experience Linux red hat distributions AVAYA endpoints J SeriesBenefits at Innovatia.
