We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Content Head for our Spanish to English Content division. This role is ideal for a native Spanish speaker who is passionate about language education and has the experience to lead a team in creating engaging and innovative educational content tailored to the US market. The Content Head will be responsible for the overall strategy, quality, and success of the Spanish to English curriculum.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation and implementation of Spanish to English language learning content, ensuring alignment with learner needs and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of educators, content creators, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, consistent, and engaging learning materials.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content meets the highest standards of accuracy, engagement, and educational effectiveness. Continuously review and refine content based on learner feedback and performance data.
  • Innovate & Evolve: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language education. Lead efforts to innovate and improve the curriculum and learning experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data analytics to measure content success and optimize for better learner engagement and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Native Spanish Speaker with strong proficiency in English.
  • Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Content Strategy: A background in curriculum development and educational content strategy, preferably within the language learning industry.
  • Analytical and Creative Thinker: Ability to combine creative thinking with a data-driven approach to optimize content for learners.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Passion for Language Learning: A deep understanding of both Spanish and English languages, with a passion for fostering language acquisition and proficiency.
