FOR OUR MNC CLIENT, We are looking for an experienced Specification professional with excellent track record in Residential / Commercial/ Government projects in Construction & Building material Industry.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage long-term relationships with Architecture & Design (A&D) community

2. Liaise with architects, interior designers, fabricators and developers to influence decisions on specifications

3. Drive specifications of high-margin, premium products and global design portfolio

4. Ownership of "specifications to sales" cycle

5. Introduce and establish existing & newly launched products in A&D ecosystem

6. Organize architect and distributor meets to improve visibility.

7. Market analysis – key trends, competition tracking, (positioning, footprint, alliances, products & pricing, etc.), customer expectations, local growth clusters, etc.

8. Forecast and delivery of quarterly, half-yearly & annual account plans

9. Collaborate with retail/supply chain team for timely order fulfillment and delivery Attributes & Qualifications


• Storyteller with a positive attitude


• Collaborative, proactive, result-oriented


• 6 – 10 years of experience in driving specifications for premium products, working with demand-influencers, business development and project sales is desirable


• Post-Graduate Diploma/MBA in Sales & Marketing


• Strong network within the A&D community
