Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Analyst to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving engagement, and supporting our B2B marketing strategies through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our presence on LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement and followers, tailored to each platform's audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate ROI.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers in the B2B domain to amplify our brand reach.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, and YouTube. Experience with influencer marketing in the B2B domain is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), excellent communication and writing skills, and a creative mindset.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and how to leverage social media for lead generation and brand building.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, strategic mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
