Responsibilities: Maintenance: Planning and coordinating maintenance work, including preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs to electrical (UPS), plumbing (bathroom and sprinkler systems), lighting, furniture, etc. Renovations: Coordinating updates and renovations, and inputting into design stages to identify future maintenance issues First point of contact between NetScout and the landlord Safety inspections: Conducting routine safety inspections to ensure buildings meet health and safety standards Equipment: Replacing existing equipment and installing new equipment and tracking inventory for consumable supplies Contractors: Negotiating contracts per standard corporate terms with service providers Support services: Overseeing support services such as cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, parking, etc. Records: Maintaining records as per company guidelines Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, Engineering and other departments to ensure that the building is working according to their needs Staff: Supervising facilities staff Finance: Managing budgets and accounts and working with finance team to ensure payments are made according to the contracts/POs.
