Tile: Flink EngineerLocation: Greater Noida campusWe are seeking a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Confluent Cloud Kafka and Apache Flink . The ideal candidate will design, build, and operate real-time streaming pipelines and analytics , write and optimize complex Flink SQL queries , and administer Confluent Cloud environments including topic management and schema governance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize Apache Flink streaming jobs .Administer Confluent Cloud Kafka environments.Develop and maintain Java-based streaming components .Enforce security and compliance standards : TLS, RBAC/ACLs, schema governance, secrets management, and audit logging.Collaborate with data engineers, SREs, and product teams to define SLAs/SLOs and data contracts.Review designs and PRs, mentor engineers on streaming best practices, and contribute to standards and documentation .Required Qualifications7+ years building streaming/data-in-motion solutions; 3+ years focused on Kafka (Confluent Cloud strongly preferred).3+ years hands-on experience with Apache Flink (Flink SQL) ; expert in writing and tuning complex Flink queries.Strong troubleshooting skills with Kafka and Flink .Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate requirements into robust streaming designs.Nice to HaveExperience with Confluent Cloud Flink (managed) , ksqlDB , and Kafka Streams .Cloud experience ( Azure ) and observability stacks ( Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana ).
