QE Director

DayToDay Responsbilities: - Lead, mentor and manage the QE team by providing guidelines, career development recommendations. - Define, communicate and deliver clear quality objectives, policies and procedures. - Develop a QE Strategy that is comprehensive and aligns with organization goals and objectives. - Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and quality metrics. - Drive transition from incumbent/existing teams with a clear set of planned activities with right deliverables and KT exit criteria. - Design, implement and maintain effective QA processes and methods. - Ensure quality standards and best practices are consistently applied across the organization. - Provide delivery governance and oversight on all testing and test automation activities. - Establish QE gates and protocols and define a playbook for the team to follow through. - Create standardized templates and checklists in compliance with the standards and rules. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvements. - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvements. - Work closely with cross functional departments and teams to address quality related issues and drive improvements.
