Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Business Development Lead located in India preferable from Mumbai, Thane, Pune, New Delhi NCR with some flexibility for work from home as well. Sr Manager - Sales And Business Development will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales strategies. They will also conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and work collaboratively with the operations and marketing teams to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management specially with rental companies and
  • Possess strong ethics and morality with high level of integrity.
  • Shows strong leadership skills - empathy, trust, mutual respect and teamwork
  • Experience in Market Research, Industry Trend Analysis, and Strategy Development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively
  • 9-10 years experience in the aerial work platform equipment sales and business development is desirable.
  • Mechanical or Civil or Electrical Engineering BE or BTECH with additional management diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
