Job Description:

We are looking for a techno-functional consulting champion who becomes the trusted advisor to clients and drives adoption of Darwinbox HRMS to ensure customer success.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as CHROs, functional heads and client spocs.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives for all accounts.
  • Increase product adoption and create upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver interventions to quantify and showcase the Return on Investment (ROI) and value delivered to clients.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with enterprise clients to ensure engagement and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales marketing, product development to ensure a cohesive customer experience and product roadmap.


Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM (preferably in HR) from (Tier 1 / Tier 2 college) or relevant work experience after BE/BTech
  • 6 to 11 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation and customer management roles / HR consulting roles.
  • Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred.
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch.
