What you will be doing at Evalueserve: 

·Proven track record of conducting secondary research,designing research strategy, interpreting, and analyzing information foraccuracy, exhaustiveness, and applicability in resolving research problem

·Ability to connect the dots and derive insights

·· Expertise in handling multiple project teams andplaying the role of a problem solver to them

·· Adroit in workflow management 

·Ability to translate client objectives into cleardeliverables with associated priorities and constraints; ability to estimatethe effort required in a project to ensure efficient utilization of resources

·Develop solutions to problems, balancing the risksand implications across multiple projects

·Project lead with complete responsibility of projectdelivery for complex and challenging projects in addition to the regular roleof being the point of contact for all projects

·Capable of managing a team of 8-10 analysts withresponsibilities including steering the team in the right direction, andensuring all work is aimed at meeting client objectives

·Identify opportunities to provide value-adds on theexisting workstream to clients

·· Manage client communication on projects, deliverablesetc. and strengthen the relationship

·· Be on top of identifying opportunities and act as asolutions provider

·Knowledge of key databases such as Capital IQ,Factiva, Thomson One, Merger Market, Orbis, SNL, Power BI, etc.

What we’re looking for:

·Fluent in English: Speaking, Reading, and Writing.

·6-10 years of relevant research experience with areputed firm in the Financial Services industry,

knowledge of banking sectorwill be an added advantage

·Seasoned research professional with a strong focus onFinancial Services as an industry

·Updated with current events in the industry andability to identify key trends shaping the industry

·· Should have experience in delivering quick turnaroundresearch request

·· Knowledge of global banking, fintech, insuranceindustry landscape, etc.

·· In depth knowledge of financial statements, companydocuments and filings

·Analyzing and synthesizing financial data collectedusing on-line and other data sources such as

Thomson one, Capital IQ, Orbis,SNL, Factiva, etc.

··Conducting company and industry research to deliverinsightful projects

··Should have supported or worked with an investmentbanking and management consulting firm

·M&A, financials extraction, press search, companyscreening, company profiling and

industry benchmarking

·Understanding of industry standard processes,methodologies, and the regulatory environment

·Abilityto ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timelymanner

·Effective communicator with excellent relationshipbuilding & interpersonal skills

·Stronganalytical, problem solving & organizational abilities

·Challengingcurrent thinking by implementing new ways of working

·Possessa flexible & detail-oriented attitude.

·Abilityto proactively identify ways to contribute to firms’ goals & mission

· Ability to understand the consulting businessenvironment

·Ability to manage people (mentoring)

·MBA Finance, CFA will be an added advantage
