Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and maintaining customer relations. Additional tasks include identifying potential clients, attending sales meetings, and preparing sales reports. Regular collaboration with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality control is expected.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including handling inquiries and providing product information
  • Sales skills, including identifying potential clients and attending sales meetings
  • Administrative skills, including processing orders and preparing sales reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the uniform industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
