You are not required to stare at a screen for 12 hours. You must be available during your set window to process urgent patient requests (usually bursts of 10-20 minutes).High Impact: You are the human element of our product. Your professionalism ensures our high-ticket programs and doctor consultations run perfectly.Purpose-Driven: You will be helping patients get fast, safe access to medical advice.What You Will Be Responsible ForThis is the entire scope of the project. We are looking for someone to own this process:Consultation Management : Manage the flow of all doctor consultations. Critical (Needs fast response)Order Processing Manually create service orders in our system for patients who pay via GPay or Bank Transfer. Daily taskPatient Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries via Whats App/Phone. High Priority (Must respond in under 15 min)Prescription Workflow: Receive prescription details from doctors, create the professional PDF, coordinate digital signature (if required), and send the final PDF to the patient. High PriorityAccountability Calls: Run 15-minute scheduled 'Welcome' and 'Graduation' calls for course students (as per Dofody scripts). Scheduled taskRequirements & Must-HavesMedical Credibility: Active Nursing (GNM/B. Sc) or Paramedical Certification.Fluency: Fluent in Malayalam (essential) and professional English.Tech Stack: Must be proficient in Google Meet (host controls), Google Sheets, Whats App Business, and basic PDF creation/editing.Integrity: Must understand and adhere to strict patient confidentiality rules.
