Job Description:Ment Tech Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 & Blockchain Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Indore, India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:- Plan, execute, and oversee Web3 and blockchain projects from initiation to completion.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.- Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.2. Technical Expertise:- Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain solutions.- Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for specific projects.- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.3. StakeholderCommunication:- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.- Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Quality Assurance:- Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.- Perform regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any technical issues.- Implement best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development.5. Risk Management:- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.- Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technologies.- Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.- Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot is highly desirable.
