We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. 
As a Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in the successful planning and execution of the projects. 
Your role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring timely project delivery. 
With a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities, you'll play a key role in driving project success and meeting client expectations.
 

Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, allocating tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, proactively addressing issues to maintain project timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and translating their requirements into actionable tasks.
• Optimize resource allocation, collaborating with internal departments to secure necessary resources.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and client communications.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure all releases are on time.
• Track metrics and publish status reports to various stakeholders.

 

Key Skills:

 

• Overall 10+ Years of experience in the software industry.

• 5+ Years of experience in the management and implementation of high-end software products.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Robust leadership skills and adeptness in managing and guiding teams.
• Strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Versatility in responding to dynamic project requirements and shifting priorities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
• Good to have relevant certifications like PMP, Prince2, etc.
