Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Design & Implementation: Spearhead the architecture, design, and deployment of state-of-the-art cloud networking solutions that cater to the unique needs of NCR Voyix, utilizing the latest cloud-native services.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to systems engineers, championing best practices and ensuring top-tier performance, security, and cost-efficiency in cloud networking.
  • Connectivity Solutions: Evaluate and implement robust connectivity solutions for seamless transitions from on-premises to public cloud environments.
  • Performance Enhancement: Architect solutions to optimize network performance, security, and cost-effectiveness across cloud platforms.
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct thorough technical assessments, including performance analysis and troubleshooting, to address and resolve bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborative Development: Partner with software and product leadership to align development efforts with business goals, driving cohesive and effective solutions.
  • Standards & Quality Assurance: Set and maintain high standards for cloud networking services to ensure exceptional quality and reliability.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors to achieve business objectives and meet service level agreements (SLAs) with excellence.
  • Strategic Direction: Lead networking teams with a clear vision, supporting operational delivery and performance of cloud-native services.
  • Security & Infrastructure Collaboration: Work closely with information security and infrastructure teams to enhance application performance and safeguard against security threats.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cloud-based architecture and networking.
  • Expertise in Azure, GCP, and OCI networking stacks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
