You will pursue to build deep, consultative technical relationships with Yash customers, effectively becoming a trusted adviser. A technical Architecture is ideally positioned to understand the customer's high-level objectives and match these to Yash solutions, escalators & offerings to satisfy business and technical requirements.


Key responsibilities :

  • 14+ of experience in the tech industry, pre-sales, customer-facing, consulting, or other relevant technical experience
  • Provide technical leadership in design and administration decisions for infrastructure and systems
  • Provide support to Yash delivery and professional services offering teams
  • Develop and provide strong, accurate, and comprehensive Scope of Work documents and designs that can be used as input to customer proposals and/or RFP responses and provide necessary detail and expectations to ensure an effective hand-off to the delivery team
  • Interpret customer requirements into an executable Statement of Work, leveraging Third-Party vendors, contractors, as well as internal resources
  • Provide leadership in the design and execution of product-agnostic professional service engagements
  • Provide technical sales support for advanced network solutions to all sales groups and customer verticals
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems
  • Experience architecting and developing LAN/WAN or large infrastructure and network solutions for enterprise customers
  • Experience with networking concepts including software-defined networking such as SD-WAN & SD-LAN, routing, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls
  • Knowledge of data and information security - especially as it relates to issues within businesses
  • Experience in two or more of the following areas: Software-Defined Networking (SDN), IT infrastructure and systems security, cloud or network systems management, and business continuity
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space
  • Experience running multiple projects or deals under tight timelines
  • Security, architecture, and industry certifications such as AWS Solution Architect, Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Design or Network Associate, ITIL Foundations, or similar
  • Experience implementing or designing two or more of the following: Data and IP Services Managed Operations; Security Services; VoIP Technologies and or IT Applications Management


Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/any SDWAN OEM / any OEM NextGen firewall certification / CCIE & Cloud certification added advantage
