Job Title - Design Engineer

Industry: Mechanical / Industrial Engineering

Education: B.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop precision mechanical components and assemblies for specialized machines.
  • Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings using tools such as SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and electrical engineering.
  • Select appropriate materials and components based on mechanical and Electrical requirements.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Participate in design reviews and support prototyping, testing, and validation.
  • Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME).
  • Continuously improve designs for performance, cost-efficiency, and manufacturability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design using SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with actuators, bearings, ball screws, guideways, and other mechanical precision components.
  • Experience with design validation, tolerance analysis, and BOM creation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
