e-Learning Developer
for Creative Communications team to join in
ChennaiIn this role you will be responsible for:Works closely with Instructional Designer, eLearning Developers, Creative Leads, and Graphic Designers to create engaging eLearning courses.Uses solid tool knowledge to bring together video clips, text, images, vector graphics, and audio to effectively serve clients’ needs.Partner with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to influence design decisions across teams, mentor other developers, and build high quality content, tools, and templates in a rapid content development environment.Do needs analyses, gather information and communicate effectively to the project management teamsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other applications to create graphics, animation, audio, video, etc. multimedia elementsKnowledge of publishing eLearning courses in different formats like SCORM and xAPI on various Learning platforms.Familiar with course tracking and report creation methods on different LMS systemsExperience creating application demos and simulations using Captivate, Camtasia, Storyline, and other authoring toolsExperience integrating micro-learning, scenario-based learning and gamificationDevelop supporting graphics/media assets to bring storyboarding concepts to lifeCommunicate vision/concepts via sketching, storyboarding, and pitchingCollaborate with team members/ creative leads to provide input and recommendations for concepts, storyboards, and videosConducts Quality Assurance testingProvides Technical SupportCapable of working on tight deadlinesCapacity to work alone or a group of designers to meet the demands of the clientTo maintain a structured, well-organized work-flow facilitating a smooth handover of files to colleagues in the next shift
Requirements for this role include:Any Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma.Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to take the initiative and work independently as requiredHigh attention to detail and accuracyProven experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.Graphic Design experience a plusWillingness to work in Shifts which includes night shift
