Position : Head of Finance / AGM Finance
Reporting to : Managing Directors
Location : Ahmedabad
Education - CA Qualified
Job Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day accounts till the finalization of accounts
Managing daily funds and arranging Capex & working capital finance from banks
Strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and coordinating with consultants for tax assessment & appellate matters
Coordinating with stakeholders including banks, auditors, and other consultants
Monitoring & controlling accounting software configuration to ensure accurate accounting, reporting & compliance requirements
Coordinating ROC compliance (filing annual returns of companies and LLP) with auditors in a timely manner
Managing vendor payments
Liaising with statutory authorities including Income Tax, VAT & TDS departments
Maintaining GST compliance including filing of monthly GST returns
Ensuring TDS compliance and booking entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets
Maintaining banking relationships, including handling NEFT and RTGS transactions
