Head of Finance
to join our leadership team in
Ahmedabad
.

This role will play a key part in shaping our financial future, including
IPO readiness, international expansion, and global compliance
.

Key Highlights:

  • Lead IPO strategy & execution with regulators, bankers, and auditors.
  • Drive financial planning, risk management & global compliance.
  • Oversee taxation, regulatory frameworks, and financial systems.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience
    in Finance & Accounts, with 3–4 years in leadership.
  • Proven
    IPO readiness
    or public listing experience.
  • Strong exposure to
    global finance operations and compliance
    .
  • Qualified
    CA / CPA / MBA Finance
    .
