The VCC Change and Engagement lead will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and monitoring of change initiatives for VCC. The role will provide end-to-end Change Management support and delivery across VCC entities, the rest of Prudential. In addition, the role will provide advice to "humanize" the change journey for the stakeholders who will be directly affected by the VCC initiative, especially in the context of an organizational structure change and new ways of working.

The role requires close collaboration with Delivery Leads, VCC enabling functions, and business teams, both at the Center and with the markets, and end users to ensure new changes meet business goals and are seamlessly integrated into the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Change Management Strategy
:

  • Craft comprehensive change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs, for internal and external audience to ensure sustainability of change initiatives.
  • Creates a change management plan targeting existing VCC employees (Malaysia and India) to ensure drive VCC value proposition (employees and leaders)

Stakeholder Engagement And Collaboration With Internal And External Teams

  • Identify key stakeholders across the organization and develop targeted engagement strategies to build support and buy-in for change efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across different stakeholders of the VCC to support the Delivery leads.
  • Work with the Center functions and Business Units to build the change management plan focusing on the offboarding strategy for impacted employees.

Change Implementation And Monitoring

  • Lead the execution of change initiatives, closely monitoring progress and adjustment to ensure successful outcomes
  • Design and execute proper resistance management and change impact analysis.
  • Engage third party partners as necessary for effective execution / implementation of VCC change initiatives

Communication Planning And Execution

  • Craft and execute compelling VCC communication plans, such as newsletters and manifestos,
  • Articulate the VCC vision, benefits and impact of the initiatives to foster positive support across all stakeholders.
  • Build communication collaterals for VCC initiatives and engage third party partners, as necessary, to support build of collaterals.

Reporting

  • Creates and socializes relevant VCC reports for the consumption of the Business Units, Programme Delivery Leads, and the Performance Management Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field, with 10+ years in change management roles.
  • Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, with a strong track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational and change initiatives.
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills to manage enterprise-wide communication and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in driving adoption and transformation projects
  • Proven ability to develop and execute change management strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills including visualization and storytelling capability.
  • Experience in leading and monitoring the implementation of change initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership in managing organizational design and adoption.
